Seniors Place Second in BSU Economic Summit

We are so proud of our seniors and how well they did in the International Economic Summit competition at BSU! There were 72 teams competing from highschools around the Treasure Valley. One of our teams (United Kingdom) made it all the way to the finals in the debate and got second place! Another one of our teams (Jamaica) won best costume and best table display. The Summit provides a simulation of world trade where students use principles of economics they have learned in class, world geography, and teamwork and communication to raise the global standard of living. Thank you Mr. Ross for your hard work preparing our students!
